When you send an enquiry through our contact form we receive the details you enter: your name, email address, and — if you choose to add them — your company, website, project type, budget range and message.

When you use the help assistant, your messages are sent to Google’s Gemini API to generate a reply. We don’t store the content of those conversations.

Our hosting provider records standard technical logs (such as IP address and browser type) to keep the site running and secure.

Enquiry details are used only to reply to you and discuss your project. We don’t sell your information or share it with advertisers.

If we contact a business about our services, we use publicly available business contact details, and every message includes a way to opt out. Opt-out requests are honoured permanently.

Enquiries are stored in our database provider (Supabase). Access is limited to Fendaro administrators and protected by authentication and row-level security.

The public website doesn’t use advertising or analytics cookies. A session cookie is set only when a Fendaro administrator signs in to the admin area.

You can ask us to see, correct or delete the information you’ve sent us at any time by emailing [email protected]. We’ll respond as quickly as we can.
